The Nelson’s Project
Above All Chimney Care had the pleasure of working on a beautiful new construction for the Nelson family. The project involved a comprehensive service package to ensure the safety and longevity of their home's chimney systems from day one. We professionally installed four custom-fitted chimney caps on each of the home's chimneys. Each cap was chosen to complement the house's aesthetic while providing essential protection against rain, debris, and animal entry. These caps are a critical element for preventing water damage and blockages that can lead to costly repairs down the line.
Additionally, our certified technicians conducted a full inspection of all four chimneys, both before and after the caps were installed. This process ensures that the chimney structures are sound, the flues are clear, and everything is functioning correctly. This proactive approach gives the Nelsons peace of mind, knowing their fireplace and heating systems are safe and ready for use. By completing a thorough inspection and installing high-quality caps, we've helped secure the Nelson's home for years to come, ensuring their chimneys are both functional and safe.

The Franklin's Project
The Franklin residence presented a common but crucial chimney problem: a failing chimney chase cover. Over time, exposure to the elements can cause these vital components to deteriorate, leading to water intrusion and further damage to the chimney structure. The photos clearly show the rust and wear on their old chimney chase cover, which was no longer providing adequate protection.
Our team at Above All Chimney Care stepped in to provide a comprehensive solution. We began by carefully removing the old, rusted chimney chase cover. This allowed us to assess the underlying structure and prepare the chimney for its new protective elements.
For the replacement, we installed a brand-new, durable chase cover. This custom-fabricated chase cover provides a watertight seal for the top of the chimney, directing water away from the structure. This cap will not only prevent debris, animals, and rain from entering the chimney but also helps to prevent downdrafts.
The transformation is evident. The new chase cover not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the Franklin's chimney but, more importantly, provide robust protection against the elements, ensuring the longevity and safety of their fireplace system.

The Jefferson’s Project
Sometimes a chimney just needs a fresh coat of paint, and other times a full makeover. A few weeks ago, one of our clients contacted us about renovating their home's fireplace. The client had recently upgraded their floor and decided to get the fireplace retouched as a finishing piece. The original fireplace was an old brick hearth with a standard insert and was quite an eyesore compared to the new wooden floors.
The finished product is a stunning contrast to the original hearth. The darker, more refined brickwork beautifully complements the new floors, and the new insert is more functional and visually appealing. The client was ecstatic with the results, and we were happy to help them complete their renovation.
